Many students at Holly come to school with little or no food. More than 400 students at Holly are on the school district lunch program.  Many Holly families have very little food at home and students go home on weekends and after school with little access to nutritious food.

Holly Elementary is asking The Vancouver Sun Children’s Fund for $3,500 to purchase grocery store gift certificates to provide to families most in need, so that students will get food while they are at home.
