Feeding Hungry Children  $20,000

The Kateslem Youth Society has operating since 2000, providing after-school care and activities for children in Coquitlam’s elementary and middle schools.

Kateslem will continue to deliver our breakfast and lunch program as outlined in the past. Our new component will provide children and youth weekly with much needed food and necessities in convenient care packages. We continue to see an increase in need due to the pandemic, and are striving to support our children and youth in any ways we can. The executive director, senior staff, and board volunteers are dedicated to shopping for and delivering weekly care packages to the growing list of children and youth requesting help.
