Help raise funds to provide a much-needed hot breakfast two days a week at Maple Ridge Secondary School, clothing and bus tickets for those in need; and emergency food for those who may not have had breakfast or are simply hungry.

Last year, breakfast was increased to two days a week using an Adopt-A-School donation from an anonymous donor. It costs $1.25 a day to provide a hot breakfast to a student. This year our goal is to raise $10,200 to provide another two days of breakfast each week at Maple Ridge Secondary.

The school also need more volunteers so it can expand the breakfast to four days a week.

Principal Trevor Connor estimates there are at least 60 students coming to school hungry because there is no food at home.
